Since I first started managing beauty saloons and academies in 1998, I have witnessed first hand the ever-changing trends of the fashion and beauty industry. This industry is not without its challenges, and it's demanding nature has seen the downfall of many. However, this industry has created various opportunities, and it is undeniable that this industry will continue to grow and evolve, and therefore create even more opportunities, especially for young entrepreneurs.

It has always been my aspiration that BN Ideal can play a part in encouraging entrepreneurship in the fashion and beauty industry. This is why we have launched BN Ideal's Dealership Program which gives an opportunity to just about anyone who is willing to venture into business.
